Inbuilt GPS

How do you know if you’re making the right choices in life? I mean, I’m certain that there’s no way of knowing for sure, but is there any way of know if you’re at least in the right ballpark? Personally, I believe there is, and that it’s all a matter of instinct. Many people, I think, are quite detached from this feature of the human body, and they’re missing out on the joys of having an inbuilt GPS for big life choices.

Of course, we all ignore or misread the GPS from time to time, now matter how familiar we are with it, and end up getting lost on a country road with no reception. That is what it is. What I’m really trying to say is that there are certain things we can do to maximise our chances of achieving fulfilment.

Funnily enough, I picked up this snippet of wisdom from the conveyancer I hired to do some recent property transfers. Melbourne friends, I’d be happy to give you a referral if you’re interested. Basically, I’d been unsure about whether it was time to sell my portfolio of property in Victoria, and my conveyancer made me realise that I always knew the answer to I was seeking. Who needs to go trekking in the Himalayas in search of a guru?

Anyway, that’s my experience with property conveyancing services, Melbourne. I can’t promise that you’ll have a life-changing epiphany if you invest in the same, but hey – what have you got to lose, you rudderless, 50-something yuppie? Just joking… mostly at my own expense. But perhaps some of you out there can relate.

What this all comes down to, in essence, is having the confidence to trust your gut when it comes to making big decisions in life. It’s not rocket science, but implementing is a wee bit more complicated.
